In our country, Logista has developed one of the largest proximity logistics and commercial networks.
Logista Italia is at the intermediate stage of the supply chain, interacting upstream with the Manufacturers and downstream with the retail outlets, dealing with the distribution of smoking and inhaling products to 60,000 points of sale on the national territory thanks to a distribution network which is composed by 3 Hubs (Tortona, Anagni and Catania) and 89 Transit Points, local service platforms which also host the company's Cash&Carry.
Logista, which is the Italian leader in the distribution of smoking and inhaling products, guarantees to the State a tax revenue of about 15 billion euros a year.

By using advanced systems and human centric technologies, Logista pursues operational efficiency while enhancing flexibility and sustainability along the entire value chain. Cutting edge technological solutions enable real-time monitoring and control of freight flows with increasingly accurate demand forecasting and service delivery.
Logista has long been engaged in a process of business diversification. In Italy, the first step in this direction was marked by Logista Retail, a company specializing in the wholesale marketing of convenience products, which has reached an assortment of more than 2,000 references of the best brands, ranging from smoking items (cigarette papers, lighters, etc.), to electronics, stationery, food & beverage, and personal care, just to mention a few. In this field, thanks to the effective cooperation and experience of the network operators, Logista Retail has achieved market leadership in a very short time.
In the wake of this strategy, Logista Italia entered the pharmaceutical sector -with the Logista Pharma brand- thanks to the acquisition of a company specializing in the distribution of drugs and medical devices to pharmacies and hospitals. This operation benefits from the know-how gained over the years by Logista in Italy in its traditional businesses and in Spain and Portugal in the pharma & healthcare sector. In particular, an ambitious investment program has been launched to support the growth of the segment and a business plan has been prepared for the implementation of new dedicated logistics platforms.
