WEB PORTAL  

The web portal allows you to send and track orders directly from your PC, access the product catalogue, view invoices and your account balance, and make payments. The benefits include:

  • Flexible order management: it is easy to change an order, immediately check the progress and availability of the required products, and you can save up to 10 order templates.  
  • Quick and accurate access to a wide range of information: product catalogue, updated price list, view and print invoices, account balance, previous orders and statistics for ordered and sold products.  
  • A direct channel to Logista: via a dedicated section showing the latest news and available services. 
  • Immediate downloading: of user and demo manuals to support the use of the main functionalities. 
     

 

POINT OF SALE TERMINAL  

Software that makes it possible to easily and efficiently manage inventory is installed on the terminal free of charge.

Using the Point-of-Sale Terminal, the sales outlet can:

  • manage orders using ready-made templates and order suggestions generated on the basis of reordering algorithms;
  • organise its own inventory by automatically updating its stock position when the merchandise is received;
  • record product sales quickly and easily thanks to barcode readers.

How to become a user of the Logista Point-of-Sale Terminal

  • Find out how to purchase the terminal from the local office of your trade association. 
  • Once the Logista Point-of-Sale Terminal has been installed in your shop, you will be able to use it immediately and free of charge. 
  • Remember to accept the Logista Point-of-Sale Terminal’s user licence by clicking on the “Sign Documents” button on the main screen.

As an alternative to electronic order channels, customers may place an order by fax to 800 085 508.

Types of order

Logista customers can place various types of order:​

  • standard order: with delivery in 48 hours and pre-set calendar (predefined day of the week);
  • order within 24 hours: with delivery in 24 hours, with flexibility in terms of the day;
  • same day order/Cash&Carry: delivery on the same day as the order, on any day, with the option to purchase and pick up products directly from the shelves (cash&carry) at warehouses that offer this service.
