  • Full insurance with free redelivery within 24 hours if, due to an accident, part or all of the ordered goods arrive damaged or incomplete.
  • Management of queries: if goods are missing and/or surplus to the order, the mistake will be rectified within 48 hours of notification.
  • Withdrawal of returned products directly by the carrier if the goods are not compliant, or if the supplier decides to withdraw them from sale.

Used by more than 24,000 customers, allowing them to pay invoices conveniently from their bank current account or post office account at no extra charge. For convenience products, in cash & carry warehouses, additional methods of payment are available via automatic POS terminals.

 

FRECCIA PAYMENT SPLEEP  

This enables customers to print the pre-filled slip from the web portal or the Logista Point-of-Sale Terminal and to make payment via the terminal, the Home Banking service of their bank or at their branch.
